The Blessing and the Blow

There’s a pattern in scripture that repeats over and over: 

God speaks, God blesses and then......hell breaks loose.

You hear a word from God.
You get a clear vision, a promise, a breakthrough.
You feel affirmed, chosen, and empowered.

And then, not long after, you’re blindsided, confusion hits, doors slam shut, old temptations return, people turn against you, or your confidence crumbles for no clear reason.

This isn’t a coincidence. It’s a pattern of war!

The enemy fights what God favors!

When God marks you, the enemy notices! 

When God speaks something into your life...a calling, a destiny, a purpose, THAT word becomes a threat to the kingdom of darkness.

That’s why attacks often escalate after you receive a word, not before.

Jesus experienced this. After He was baptized, the heavens opened, and God declared, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Immediately afterward, He was led into the wilderness to be tested by Satan.

The voice of affirmation came first. The battle followed.

The same pattern plays out in your life!

A word from God is a seed!

The enemy doesn’t attack empty ground...he attacks where something is growing. So if you’ve been blessed, called, or affirmed....and now it feels like everything is falling apart.... DON'T PANIC and DON'T be distracted.

It doesn’t mean the word wasn’t real. 

It means it is!
And the fight proves it’s worth something!

Keep standing!
Keep believing!

What God started, He WILL finish!
